Current hardware
Fusion owns editable parts and assemblies; these documents hold the supporting design decisions, sourcing records and validation evidence.
- Hardware status: delta mechanism, TLC86E shoulders, bolted aluminum frame and open interfaces.
- Fusion design decisions: selected architecture, native assembly and validation limits.
- BOM and sourcing: Fusion-derived quantities, exact supplier options and purchasing holds.
- Screwdriver sourcing: provisional module for the opened iPhone 13.
- KHA101 wrist screwdriver: separate arm-adapter work and remaining fit checks.
Analysis
Direct-drive studies cover actuator evidence, workspace, stiffness and dynamics. The interactive calculator shows conditional numerical estimates; it is not the current Fusion geometry or physical validation.
Historical records
Earlier engineering decisions and imported Notion sources remain available for context. Their proposed dimensions and retired CAD workflows do not define the current hardware.
